Beware Magnesium Ease
0 of 3 found this helpful I read the extraordinary reviews by Shawn Stevenson and thought this might be the relief I sought from insomnia. Unfortunately, it was worse than doing nothing. On the first night I sprayed chest and throat as recommended. Incredible thirst kept me awake. Gave it a second try the next night. Same result. The magnesium left my throat parched and my chest uncomfortable. Sleep? Not a chance. I was so thirsty I was sipping water every 15 minutes. If I could get my money back from the online company that sold this product, I would. At the very least, I should have gone in person to my local health food store and gotten more information, opinions, or first-hand reports on this form of magnesium.

VO5 Hot Oil Hair Treatment
The results are nothing short of fantastic. It makes my hair thicker, shinier, and less fly-away. Each time I use it people ask if I just had my hair "done" by a stylist!
