Love the tablet, especially for the money. Great color and graphics. This is my first serious tablet.

I've been waiting a long time!
1 of 2 found this helpful First let me explain. I have been a windows phone user for about the last five years, I still like the windows platform, but I realized about 6 months ago windows as a phone operating system was going no where.
I have been wanting a Samsung 5s for some time and I had also decided when the price went under $200.00 (NEW) that I would purchase one. I purchased this one and I have had absolutely no regrets. The switch was easy, all of the google apps. on my tablet transferred to this phone.
Android has come a long way in the last five years, while windows has not. Way more applications than window and the apps. are actually useful. I love the phone the display is clear and bright, the phone feels good in your hand, just the right size. This is a great buy, not the latest and greatest, but if you don't mind being just short of the technology curve this is the phone for you.
There is just one thing this phone doesn't have is wireless charging, and it cannot be added. Perhaps if I had it to do over I would buy the 5s and not the 5s active.

Slower than my old hard drive.
6 of 7 found this helpful I loaded, from scratch the operating system (Windows 7), and all my programs on this HD, it's much slower than my old HD. So I re-installed my original HD a Seagate .5TB as the primary drive and I am using this drive for storage, Boot up time for the Hitachi HD is over a minute, the old Seagate HD is 23 seconds.
I have no analytical way of measuring the performance of this drive, so this is just an observation.
