Your Choice.
It doesn't seem like it's advertised well. Your eyelashes don't get as long as I would like. On ads they show it as much better. It's not clumpy, goes on well. Comes off well with makeup remover. It could be priced a little lower.

Better than any rag or sponge
Protects hands and nails. Cleans dishes. Very durable.
