There's more to obesity than meets the eye.
2 of 2 found this helpful The author is so knowledgeable and explains how the body works to make us fat in such a way that I felt motivated to tackle the weight struggle again with new vigor.
He explained complex ideas in layman's terms.
I went through after and wrote down key phrases and taped them to my refrigerator.
Check him out on YouTube also. He has a lot of videos there which are very inspiring. Fasting is encouraged. I followed his advice to eat 1 meal a day and lost 20 lbs. in 3 months.

Better than I expected for the price...
The microneedle roller is very good quality and has tiny pins that you roll on your face. You don't need to press very hard or it would be quite uncomfortable. It makes little openings in your face for the lotion to get through. My skin is very dry so it needs all the moisture it can get. I wash my face first, then apply lotion and then use the roller, then massage my face to make it go in even better.
I think it helps aging skin. More time doing it will tell. I'd give it a whirl if I were you.

A must have!
This skin cream is like a breath of fresh air to your skin. I put it on every morning and every night before I go to bed. I mostly use it on my face although it's an all over body cream but I'm kind of cheap about it, so I want to savor every drop. The smell is intoxicating. I always order another one before that one is gone. Probably the other smells are good too but I just love this fresh creamy milk one. It seems like a light peach scent to me.
