Got what I paid
1 of 1 found this helpful Went w/this brand b/c we have other shark appliances and have been very happy with all of them. I did my homework and read many reviews before deciding to buy this model. Was not impressed by this Shark robot and had high hopes. I guess I got what I paid. I cleans well and easy to use. The mapping software is terrible and it bumps into everything, not sure what the laser does?? It also dies around the house without going back to the dock to recharge. We have tried to even tell it on the app to go back but it doesn't work. I would not recommend this. I wished I would of coughed up the $$ to buy a Roomba.
