Good Value
This is a very good price for quantity, especially if you go through a lot of gum like I do. Cheaper than Great Value at Walmart which is cheaper than Nicorette and other top brands. Definitely worth it.

Good sleep aid
I've taken this antihistamine alone and slept about four hours, fell right back to sleep for another four. Each person will react to this med differently (stress levels, caffeine intake, even time of sleeping as circadian rhythm studies suggest melatonin is released about 2 am so that body chemistry aids in sleep about this time). I've taken two, without doctors advice which worked nicely also. I don't know about tolerance to this medicine.

Lessens lines, tightens skin
1 of 1 found this helpful I use this on my face and neck at night, and sometimes during the day. It seems to lessen the lines from my nose to my mouth and tighten my neck skin.
