Best Mandolin Ever Made!
The Borner V-slicer is absolutely the best food slicer ever made. My previous V-slicer lasted nearly thirty years with Daily use! I was very happy to see the fine workmanship continues with Borner Mfg. The storage caddy makes handling the blades safe.
My birds are very fond of their food slices with the thin julienne blade. They hold the fruit pieces like a little cone.
I had questions about the bowl and went to Facebook. There I made contact with the representative of Borner and he assured me my old bowl would work with the new slicer. He was right! Don't waste your money on a slicer that's a struggle to use.
