Customer was punished.
I lifted the bag out of the box to find out some one in the warehouse cut the bag in 2 different places causing the dog food to spill all over my dinning room and living room floor, I blame the company that I bought this from not the item itself, someone purposely did this, I do not understand if you do not like your job than take it out on the employer not the customer. This was wrong on so many levels.

This Item Sucks
I will say to sell something that is not strong enough to play the movies but show you the movie lineup is something very new to me. I got so angry with this box that after the second day i through it in the trash and then bought the Amazon TV Box with YUNS, and I will say I love it. I rate it one star because it won't let me rate it zero.
