REBRANDED JUNK! DO NOT BUY!
The GE repairman who came to my home told me that this must be a rebranded water filter... that it doesn't have the chip necessary to function!
THIS PURCHASE WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!

I DID NOT RECEIVE A BLUE JAVA BANANA PLANT
2 of 2 found this helpful This plant arrived with two little leaves and has gotten the royal treatment in a pot, all winter long. Palm Beach County winters can have some chilly mornings, so I kept it in a pot to move inside easily when needed. It has prospered in the five months I've been caring for it, and put into the ground this past week, it's almost 3 feet tall! I love the red ribs and cannot wait to taste its bananas. I have 7 different varieties on my property, and they all love lots of moisture and horse manure.

This banana plant is NOT a Blue Java. My original plant has bananas and I have checked with some serious banana growers who say it may be a NamWah, but it is definitely NOT a Blue Java. I have just contacted Wellspring Gardens.
