Could improve connectivity
The shape in the form factor of the product is what made me initially purchase it along with the price point.
However the keyboards are very hard and sticky, to save battery life it disconnect, but connection is also lacking when any keyboard is pressed. I had to turn it off and turn it on to reconnect.
Some characters who won't even print.

Poor print quality and spotting
The toner is poor quality. Even at full resolution and fine print & kinda looks dull. Under magnification, the print quality appears specked.
