An excellent audio processor for both home and professional use!
I purchased the first generation Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 as an A.D. converter for recording lectures. Then, I connected the system in the classroom to the Scarlet. It worked very well and gave excellent vocal reproduction. As the technology in the room changed and it became harder to get an analog output signal, I stopped using it for this purpose. When the pandemic hit, are used my computer for online teaching. I like the product so much that I decided to replace the blue yeti microphone at home with an analog microphone and a nother Scarlet 2i2. This time I went for the third-generation model. The main difference between the first and second generation is that the second generation improved latency indirect monitoring. The significant difference I see in the third generation is that the controls are all electronic, allowing the box's footprint to be smaller. I suspect that in the first generation, if a switch broke, one could easily replace it. I am not sure the third generation is serviceable.
Here are the benefits of using the Scarlet ... The device removes audio processing from the computer allowing the CPU to do other tasks more efficiently. It is small and portable so one can use it with various computers. It allows me to connect monitors and headphones coincidentally and control the output separately without having to change the configuration of the cables. Finally, the digital to the analog processor is superior to what is built into most computers. Connecting the same speakers to the monitor output on the Scarlet versus directly to the computer makes a night and day difference in the sound quality.

Mid century, modern for a phone case.
Pros: I enjoy the bright colors of this phone case. After several months of use, the color holds up. It is very easy to remove and insert the phone into the case. It is also compatible with my MagSafe charger, although I only use it flat on a desk. The squared edges of the case make it compatible with the new pop socket that fits an iPhone without adhesive. Using such a pop socket allows me to take it off easily to charge while keeping the case on the phone. The squared look also gives it a retro look, which I describe as mid-century modern. Most phone cases have curved edges.
Cons: for the version of this case that fits the iPhone 13 Pro, Casemate did not include the magnetic ring to make it fully MagSafe compatible. They did so on the iPhone 14 pro case, which is similar. Additionally, it has squared edges. It makes the phone larger to hold. It is not a big deal for the regular pro model, but it may be problematic for people using the max-size iPhone.

Best Wii accesory!
This item is a must have accessory for the Wii. Will also work for with the new Wii U, but a new version of Wii fit U should be out in the first quarter of next. The Wii fit Plus comes with the same balance board as Wii fit, but it has the Wii fit Plus game. The Will fit Plus game has additional features. I do not think the silicon skins being sold on Ebay are necessary because the board itself has a non skid surface. However, the board is white and may discolor easily. Like all Wii controllers, it uses AA batteries, which can become expensive. I would recommend a rechargeable battery pack. Some battery packs extend beyond the base of the board. I would look for one that fits inside the original compartment because aerobic excises could cause the larger batteries to touch the floor and become loose. Also, I would be weary of buying batteries on Ebay because even if they are NIB, they could have been sitting on the shelf for a while. All batteries have a limited shelf life.
