  First of all after I paid for the item I requested to the seller to package my item well to avoid any damage but I received my item damaged (the case have big crack at the bottom) I contacted the seller about it and he replied “this is the first time this happen”. The item have no bubble wrap around it to protect it which is sad even though I requested He just ask to return the item. Didn’t even apologize for that like bro lol its not even my mistake.
