Still a semi-manual lock
0 of 1 found this helpful It's a good value, quality construction and easy to install. However, the key pad does not lock or unlock the deadbolt. The keypad just allows you to manually turn the knob to engage the deadbolt. I've had other locks that engage the deadbolt after you type your code into the keypad, no need to manually turn the knob - this one does not do that.
