DEWALT DWE305 12-Amp Corded Reciprocating Saw

Solid cutting tool!

Won by auction; in the first week have only used it one time (with and older, used blade, at that!) but it cut through the 2" hollow metal pipe with ease...15 seconds. Multiply that by 10 cuts, and my job was done in minutes! It's a bit heavy and rather loud, but that comes with the territory. I have a good feeling that this will handle anything I need it to, as a DIY-guy. DeWalt is known for being solidly built. This one seems to be just that.

Great nightly bedtime read!

My wife and I wanted to create a "better" bedtime routine that made for great memories. Find a compelling "can't put it down" book for our younger girls (7, 9, 11) that had good morals. Read a chapter a night...or more. This has proven to be a real winner. Easy to imagine yourself IN the story, and following the characters along the way. Each time we finish a chapter, they ALL say, "Oh, don't stop...keep going!" While there are some words that our 7 yr old doesn't understand, it's been a great choice to meet our wants and needs. A *great* adventure story in a series. We hope the other three are just as exciting and gripping.
