Lane Medical 3A Magnesia best product ever!
Solves the problem with no issues. Easy to take. You start taking 5-6 pills, but can reduce to 3 with regular use. Can skip a night dose with no ill effect. Great product, way gentle but effective!

These are stiff ceelophane sleeves. Not like the 1980s stretchy plastic sleeves. They will work but not great.
