Did the job it was intended for
I needed to drive a smooth 2" hole through 15" of wall; 4" brick veneer, 8" of block plus insulation and drywall. This saw did the trick. Hardest part is getting a flow of water when the cutting edge is 10" in the wall. Ended up sloshing water into the hollow shaft and cutting slowly while keeping the bits clean.
Cutting though standing 8" block masonry wall was easier but you still need to pull the drill to keep it clean and cool. As it takes really only a few minutes of total cutting time, it's not a big deal.
Good value for money. For me it was the only solution.

Line up your Switches
This double rocker switch arranges the rockers in an up-down configuration to mirror the single rocker design. In other words, they work the same way, in the same plane.
Other manufacturers, arrange the double rockers in a sideways layout. When installed with the Decora single rocker switches, you have one switch toggling vertically and the other 2 horizontally.

Good switch
Not always easy to find decent quality, but this one is nice. Mounted it on outside trim to use as garage door opener.
