Works great for my dog.

Delicious and provides much protein
LOVE these drinks. Great refreshing taste for those who don't want a creamy protein drink. Becoming expensive though.
Takes quite a bit of shaking over a bit of time to dissolve completely and must shake before drinking if not consumed right away.

Self explanatory title
Cathe Friedrich is a fabulous instructor and produces nothing less than a great exercise workout every time. Her workouts are versatile - challenging, but can be modified easily for less intensity.
