The product is fine, but the shipping takes over one month which is really annoying and by the time I received this slightly crushed product covered just by the plastic shipping bag, I don't need to die my hair any more. Again the product is totally fine but it takes soooooooooooooooo long to arrived and the returning process also take tooooooooooooooo long to achieved, that's the only reason i kept this slightly crashed product for next time to use.
