A button fell out of the orignal and my handicapped daughter could not navigate U-Tube
Ordered new identical remotes. They came and worked just fine. Ordered two just in case we had another button failure. When ordering make sure you order the exact same model number that is on your non-working remote. Samsung has a scad of different remotes, that look the same.
