This is a great book. I was going to just flip through it at first when it first got here. But it was so good and fascinating, that I went through every page. I showed it to two people I know, and they loved it too. Very original embroidery designs , also. The way the author connects the embroidery designs to the folklore topics, like a scarab for Egypt and the elements like clouds, the moon, mountains and waterfalls, etc., is brilliant. I have many embroidery books, but this is the best and most creative I have seen. The projects are great. I love it and everyone should buy one. Lynne C.
