Repair Service for Samsung DG96-00216C Induction Inverter Board Range Oven

Extremely pleased

I am beyond extremely pleased with the repair service. I too experienced the elusive E84 error. I have used the Boost on the back burners once in a blue moon. Was in a hurry one day and turned the Boost on the Front burner, 1 minute later, a lovely bam sound!! Stove dark and E84. When contacting Robert for repair, wait for instructions to remove the board, as we removed the back panel when we didn't need to. And make sure to number all the screws removed, we put two of the screws back into the circuit board (and promptly forget we had) and when re-installing, big crocodile tears when it didn't work. Took apart again and immediately saw our error. Note: NEVER EVER AGAIN use the Boost option again :-)
