African Mango is the key ingredient in a tea that I drink. I am happy to find it in pill form. :)
3 of 3 found this helpful The recommendation is to take the supplement an hour to 30 minutes before our biggest meal of the day. The supplement is supposed to take 8 - 10 weeks to show a weight loss. I’m excited to add this pill to my tea routine. :)) if I buy it again, and I have lost pounds to report I will review again.
