So much better than a traditional skillet!
The non-stick surface works well, as expected. The weight is not nearly as heavy as my old 10 inch cast iron skillet which my wife found hard to lift with her weak wrists. The handle provides an easy grip and does not get hot like the old skillet did. We love having a glass lid so we can watch things simmer without having to lift the lid and look. Washing up is quick and easy with warm water and dish detergent. No scrubbing even with plastic scrubbers, just a dish brush or sponge.

Good design. Nice red color. Sturdy enough to last
Well designed so that it doesn't tip when full of grounds and water. I like the red color which goes with the other, smaller #2 size filter holder I have already for making single cups of coffee at a time. It has the essential fluting inside the holder which permits the coffee to flow through to the container below as it leaves the filter paper. It seems sturdy enough to withstand boiling water without cracking, something I could not say for the flimsier, clear plastic one I had previously.

Just as good as original
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this as replacement for original which only lasted a few years. This one came with instructions on how to keep it clean and dry. So far it's working well. Hopefully with proper care it will last longer. It is far better than the cheaper models.
