Very good system
3 of 3 found this helpful I would call this system good, not great. Assembly was very quick. Since it requires screwing rods into connecting pieces, I'd recommend having pliers on hand to get a tight fit. My only issue in operating the system is that the pieces intended to clamp down your work piece don't work very well for small blades, and most of what I got this for was to sharpen pocket knives. I find that I have to just hold the blade in place. Still, for correcting bad grinds or removing nicks in blades, it's a lot faster than other methods I've tried, and gives enough control to keep consistent grind angles. I have reprofiled entire (small) blades in maybe 15 minutes. Another issue I had was that I would have preferred to have 1 smoother stone, above 1500, and I didn't have much use for the 120 grit stone. I understand that most of my issues with this come from what I'm using it for. I'm trying to get hair-popping sharpness on small blades, instead of just good sharpness on larger blades. And I think for its intended use, it would be excellent.

Best Mini pliers out there.
This thing is kind of amazing. I've owned an IDL T-10 for a while, and always considered it the best small pliers available on the market (with the possible exception of the original Sebertool from which it came). Now, though... If what you want is the minimal Pliers/Flathead/Phillips, then for keychain sized tools, this thing is fantastic. The wire cutters will cut 12-gauge wire. I don't mean 'easily', but it will do it. The Pliers are, in my opinion, not matched by anything up to and including the Leatherman Juice series. The only down side to them is that the tips aren't particularly fine. The flat head and phillips are more robust than the t-handle phillips on Victorinox models like the Tinker. And that's saying something. I removed a 2 1/2" wood screw from a 2x4 with it. I personally think this thing would pair great with a slim Swiss Army Knife. I understand that some folks have had issues with the tool coming open and falling off keychains. Mine has incredibly strong detents holding it shut. Those might wear out after a while, but as of now, this thing is HARD to open, even intentionally. I haven't had it long or tested it hard, but so far, I am extremely impressed.

Worked well
12 of 12 found this helpful Very strong bags and the oxygen absorbers worked well.
I tried sealing the bags with a regular clothes iron (set on 'wool' setting), and when I got the seams straight, they sealed fine. I also tried an old bag sealer which worked fine, and a foodsaver with just the sealer setting. I tried vacuum sealing the bags with a piece of food saver bag slipped in to allow an air gap for vacuum, but the food saver wouldn't melt it completely closed.
The o2 absorbers seemed to do their job quite well when I sealed the bags properly. I did my work in batches over a few days, and put the leftover absorbers in a mason jar with lid screwed tight. By the end, I could feel a bit of 'chunkiness', granulation of the o2 material, so doubled up toward the end. That's just what's going to happen reexposing the o2 absorbers to open air, though.
I can't speak to how well the bags will last long-term, but they seem very solid.
