An Ideal Choice of Watches
I've got big wrists - 8-1/2" - and a drawer full of watches that are uncomfortable, can't be read in certain light, or both. These Timex watches solve both problems. The bands I selected are soft and adjust to fit me. The stem is recessed and never digs. But best of all, Timex's Expeditions are softly and legibly illuminated by pressing inward on the stem. No, these aren't stylish if stylish means here today, gone tomorrow. They cost about 1/3 what I paid for my Seikos.

A Great Movie
This movie is set about 15 or 20 years before my own forays in Mexico and the Texas border country. Part of what I love about this movie - I've seen it three times over the years - is the fidelity to the sorts of characters and the look of things. I also enjoy the various characters acting according to who they are which is both their downfall and deliverance. There's some excellent dialog in this script, too.
