This is a kitchen tool that will improve your culinary experience
The construction of the underside of this skillet gives even heat distribution. This is emphasized because I cook over flame(gas stove).Residual grease easily pours from the skillet and with a single paper towel wipe down the 6qt skillet is ready for immersion in dishwater. The 6qt capacity spoiled me. Why? I can combine multiple foods to combine them, if you experience this cookware you"ll enjoy the non overfill messy stovetop. frustration the 6qt capacity allows. My sister saw me using mine and commented. Thus this is her birthday present
