Nice antenna.
Works well and is made with quality materials. Came protected in good packing. Lol was bit of a chore getting it out of box. It definitely didn't bounce around in the shipping container! Very clean soldering. Will recommend to others.
UPDATE! I borrowed an antenna analyzer from friend. SWR was nearly perfect in 2m and for all intensive purposes...it is spot on for 70cm!

Decent for the money
I've used the replacement mic for a while now and it works fine. I noticed that the black function buttons stick under the plastic. When it's stuck none of the other buttons work. I just have to remember to not push buttons like a caveman. PTT is smooth. DTMF buttons work fine. No complaints about audio quality.

Heavy duty
So far so good. It's working well with my FTM-350.
