Great value for a hard to find product
It was exactly as offered and gave me two sets of adapters to use to set it up. I have just revitalized an old apartment-sized stove to give to a needy family and this was the final thing I needed to make it all come together. Great price, beautifully packaged, and right on time. Thanks!

Filled with good solid information
It gives clear and understandable information on intermittent fasting, the appropriate diet to use when fasting, and how to use exercise to help your progress. It's a very comprehensive book. Lots of good information.
