    Shimano Ultegra/105 replacement name plate

    Missing CRITICAL tab!
    Name plate is missing the CRITICAL small tab under the nose of the plate, which keeps it from lifting-up. The OEM has this tab.

    Not quite as good as originals, but I like it.
    Fits great. Just seems a little lower quality vs. the original Bose. We'll see how these hold up over time.

    THIS DOESN'T WORK - STICK TO OEM
    It was off by 100F. That's after I adjusted the knob to be as cool as possible. I bought the OEM model, and it works perfectly!
