True classic worth every penny
The Christian values of strong family relationships, prayer and seeking God in perils on land and sea were typical in the writing of early books. This book reflects that God-honoring tradition and is a joy to read. Get your children off of their phones and read an original classic which will inspire them to tackle life outside and do with what they have, instead of always wanting more 'stuff'. The book is heart-warming, exciting, and is 'edge of your seat' type reading. The color illustrations are beautiful, showing realism, instead of cartoon type prints. The black and white illustrations are great to try to duplicate for any budding artist.
This edition is a true classic and is worth every penny.
