Rec’d but item is not new...

The charger came complete, but you can easily see it’s used. The charging lights are much dimmer than my new one and in the right light you can see the case is dull/worn.

Where’s the volume buttons???

I bought this for my 86 year old MIL that is visually impaired (20/800) because the ROKU remote has no contrast (black remote with dark purple). Shipping was great with tracked number and arrived in about a week with no issues. Cons: Out of the package and notice the volume knob is not there. The lady is near deaf so I guess I can just manually turn it up to 96 and let my ears bleed when I visit? Felt very light and cheaply made and I’m bringing my fire extinguisher over to her house tomorrow in case it explodes when I put batteries in it. Pros: Price - 8 bucks... ya get what you pay for. If it actually works, I will be amazed, so this should be fun. The bright yellow with purple background is great! She loves that cause the dark/light contrast stands out for her. If nothing else... it gave me an idea to spray paint the original remote body white and seal it.
