He likes it!
My husband feels like his feet feel better after using them. He started slow to get used to them, 15 minutes only and is now around an hour.

The Ultimate Weight Solution
3 of 3 found this helpful I bought the book because I am always looking for ways to improve me, my way of thinking and to rid myself of negative feelings about me. Of course, I want to learn to eat for the right reasons, instead of eating to meet an emotional need. So far, I am enjoying the book...it does read like a self-help book so a person needs to make it interesting for them ownself. It won't caption your attention but there is good information in there which one can apply to many aspects of one's own life.
