there was a slogan "is it live or is it memorex?" reading these books give you the same sensation of being there live.
Barry Sadler's writing transports you to the time and place of the action. You feel like you can see and smell everything that is going on in the story it's so descriptive. One of the best series I've read and now with this book I have completed the 22 book collection that I started in 1982. Just the best.

Total Ripoff
6 of 6 found this helpful These are the worst! They are super thin and only appear to be similar to the originals. I put in the drivers side mat and within two days it had ripped about an inch from the hole that is supposed to keep it in place with the floor pegs. Next within a week the rubber is tearing and pulling apart from the area where my heel rests when pushing the gas or brake pedals. I wear normal tennis shoes, not work boots or something you would think might do damage. Soft bottom tennis shoes. These mats are horrible quality and at a cost of over $50 they are a total rip off. I had my original floor mats since the car was brand new in 2007 and these replacements have barely lasted a few weeks or normal driving. Don't waste your money!!
