It was easy to install once I learned how to add the “C wire”. My old thermostat required only 4 wires this thermostat requires a 5th wire called a “c wire” to power the unit. Instructions showed how to connect a “C wire” from the heating A/C unit to the thermostat. Sounds complicated but it’s simple. The rest of the installation was easy. Programming the unit is intuitive and simple. Photo shows “c wire” connection inside AC unit that has to be connected to thermostat. Be sure to follow all safety instructions including shutting down all power to the heating/AC before doing any work. Or just call a licensed electrician.

Metal stem to plastic base breaks easily

For the price i was expecting more then a cheaply made almost instant breaking product but i was wrong. The product is composed of a metal stem that is mounted into a light weight plastic base. When the brush is attached to a battery powered drill and the drill is powered on and pressed onto the tile to be cleaned, the metal stem or shank literally spins out of the plastic base. I haven't written a negative review in years but in this case people should know of my experience.

Price was low but works great.

After having it programmed at dealership for $140 the key fobs I bought worked perfect. Great honest vender. I recommend.
