For the price...

For what it is, a "Curl Bar", it is just right. As for the "Olympic" aspect of it...not so much, but if you actually use this the way it is intended you will attain the results. Because it is a tool that has to have the person using it actually use it I would have to give it 5 stars. The quality is great, so far. The value...again, so far it's great. I am using this piece of equipment in my exercise routine 3 times a week and I can definitely feel a difference that is positive. Beginning to see more muscle definition and strength is increased. Will do a follow-up in time to better rate the quality and value aspects but for now I would definitely recommend this product only to those who would actually use it. I can personally guarantee that if it just sits in the corner then you have wasted your money and all that you will have is a large, shiny paperweight.
