Great alternative sweetener
I discovered Whole Earth Nature Sweet at Starbucks (they seem to have it at all their locations). It's made of Stevia and Monk Fruit together. Like Equal and Splenda, this stuff has more sweetness per packet than sugar. I have used a number of Stevia sweeteners and they have varying tastes. Many of them are not to my liking. Truvia is an exception and tastes good. But it does not dissolve well in cold drinks. This Nature Sweet tastes better than Truvia and dissolves much better. It's slightly more expensive but I think it's worth it. I've been buying big bulk boxes of this on ebay to get it as cheaply as possible.

Very good at holding your hair without being stiff
Holds your hair great on day 1. On day 2, if you don't shampoo, you can wet your hair and put some more in and it will hold pretty good on day 2, too.
