Good value for a basic device
This is a basic device which allows you to check the frequency of a transmission and also to verify any sub-audible tones. It's accurate enough for this and good value but not good enough if you are aligning and testing radio devices - but then it is claiming that!

60s Pop Culture Camp Classic
This is a really odd film. On the one hand it is a feast for those searching for 60s pop culture iconography - op art etc. On the other hand for fans of director Joseph Losey (The Servnat etc) it is strangely incoherent particularly towards the end.
Modesty Blaise is a fantasy investigator/crook/ originally devised by Peter O'Donnell for a comic strip. Here she is played by Monica Vitti, the star of many of Antonioni's most important films (L'Eclisse etc). Terence Stamp, another 60s icon, plays her side-kick. The main villain is played by Dirk Borgarde in a grey wig and at his most obviously camp.
The visuals are pretty stunning but the plot ends in confusion, indeed the "end" goes on and on.
At the time of writing, this movie is only available in DVD Region 1.
Another Modesty Blaise film is My Name is Modesty, allegedly a little "close to the original", whatever that's worth.

Excellent value
Far cheaper than the stands offered officially by loudspeaker manufacturers but at least as good.
