Small Briggs and Stratton Carburator795477 -- good inexpensive solution.

It gets the job done, but the throttle plate (butterfly) does not move freely which affects the abiity to throttle. The throttle plate should move completely free, so that the linkage to the choke will move the throttle plate as the choke heats up. As a result, you can't effectively change speeds on the lawn mower; you have to run it at one speed. But it only cost $10
