Just what I was looking for....

This is just what I was looking for to help me make some healthy lifestyle changes. The calipers are a little awkward to use and a bit confusing, but I just searched some instructional videos online to learn from. The measuring tape and caliper both seem to be very sturdy tools to use on my journey to a healthier me.
