Our first shotgun.
Being new to the sport of shooting, and wanting to have something more than just a home defense gun, I chose a Mossberg 500 Flex 20 Ga. Cruiser. My girlfriend and myself have been practicing at the range and on a farm. I knew I wanted something that I could change out quickly, and easily, to reconfigure the shotgun's personality. With the purchase of the stock we could shoot from a shouldered position to targets placed about 21 yards away. This increases our accuracy by a factor of 5, I am sure. There is still a significant recoil with 20 Ga. but we are better equipped to handle this over a 12 Ga. The pistol grip is OK but after 20 rounds or so my right hand feels the stress of repeated firings. I hope Mossberg or Hogue comes out with a rubber grip at some point. I'd recommend this kind of gun for new shooters who want to feel safer in their home as will as those who'd like to explore another activity when there is no surf or it's too windy for paddling a kayak.

Heavy but a great back-up
We needed a C-celled flash light and this one fit the job. We wanted something more substantial in our hands in case of an emergency. We shifted from Maglight to Streamlight in our everyday use, but there is still a place for these kinds of flashlights.

Redleg stencils
These stencils were perfect. They created the right amount of texture and design associated with camo painting. I couldn't imagine doing any camo painting without them. You guys have found a good customer.
