Totally worth what I paid!
It's a damn shame that beachbody.com removed one of the discs from this set, which originally had all four discs that I received in this used set. The 25 minute cardio sculpt with weights followed by almost 1/2 hour of yoga is one program. The other; 3 twelve minute, progressively more difficult ab workouts is the other program. This disc has been removed from the same set if you were to buy it new. This is why it was worth the price to me. YBB is a lot of fun. Teigh and Gillian are pretty LA, but they are sincere and besides the different workouts, they offer affirmations and short meditations at the beginning and close of the different discs.
The Cardio Caberet is a lot of fun. 32 minutes of fun fun fun dancing incorporating lots of core work, some very revised ballet moves and some yoga stretching.
The disc that has the rehearsal, the basic 45 minute workout and the advanced 60 minute workout and the one that has been subsequently removed are the long discs. Cardio Cabaret and Hip Hop abs are in their studio with their students, recorded live and are much shorter.
If you are wanting to start a fitness program, or you want to maintain your good tone, this is a great set. The dancing sequences are fun and pretty easy to get. I feel happy every time I do something or several things from this set.
The squishy ball is MUCH more comfortable to use than the soft yoga block I had been using before receiving this set.
If you are interested in checking out YBB, this is Yoga Booty Ballet Complete and you can rent three of the four discs from Netflix. That's how I got filled with the desire to own this set. A friend told me about the missing disc, so I was very excited to find the older version on eBay.

MTHFR people! This supplement has been a life changer!
