Bad for small persons
I'm 5'' of height and when I ajust the bench so I can play piano at a correct height (which is still a bit too low), the bench get very unstable and when I move on it from left to right or right to left, it tends to fall. It is very disturbing. But for someone taller than me it's all right if you don't move a lot on your bench while you play :)!
