Magnificently simple
Although it comes in as a build-it-yourself pack with Chinese instructions (!) the stand is easy to build up (approximately 10 minutes), stands sturdy and works extremely well. The main frame (that is holding the cross stitch fabric) swivels easily making it very easy to stitch from the back. When done for the day, the stand can easily and neatly be placed to the side: it's small width lends itself perfectly to be placed against a wall without sticking out.Whilst placed like that, the project is safely out of harm's way.
Because of the ease of the swivel action, the quality of the stitching is far superior to any handheld frames with the additional benefit that handling the frame will not soil the project.
Overall a good product that definitely improves my stitching.

An old kit, re-released and improved
An old kit, but one of a few that had Dutch markings, especially in the past. The moulds for this kit have withstood the test of time well and the assembly is simple and pleasant. A big improvement is in the area of masking where this kit is supplied with a set of masks to cover the windows with before painting. Unfortunately you have the cut the sometimes minute masks out yourself and you spend several minutes growling when you apply the masks and attempt to keep them all in line. But once used, the end result does look a lot better!
Overall the painting instructions are clear, but are found wanting if you decide (like me) to build the Dutch version. There is only a colourscheme supplied for both the US or the RAF version and I had to spend some time scouring the net to get one for the Dutch pilot. (For someone who wnats to do the Dutch version, use the US pilot figure and paint the flightsuit khaki and his helmet black). Also the camouflage colouring is plain wrong for the Dutch version. The top of the aircraft should be painted with Olive Drab and Dark Green and the bottom with a flat aluminium.
Other than that, this kit shows plenty of detail and assembles well and in the end will be a great addition to your airfleet. Definitely recommended!

The best superglue for modelling I have come across
The previous bottle of Roket Max superglue that I used, I got as part of a pack that my wife got me with a wooden kit for Christmas. Christmas 2015, that is. I have used it regularly ever since until a month ago when the glue became too gloopy to use for the photo-etch that I use on my model kits. It is still usable, mind you, but the setting time has become too short for my sometimes shaky fingers to apply the glue on the back of the metal bit, place it where it needs to go and then to make a final adjustment.
I also never had the bottle tip become clogged and where some superglues are too 'watery' and dry too quickly, this one gives me a decent time to work with. For modelling, just what you need, well, what I need. Definitely recommended.
