Great stuff to lose weight and have more energy
1 of 1 found this helpful I lost over 30 lbs using them. If I gain some of the weight back like over the winter I will take them again until I lose what i gained. Plus I have more energy.

Very clumpy
It clumps and was very stringy. Don’t know if it was an old bottle or what.

Goes on too thick. No matter how much you wipe off the brush
