Saved me from buying a new printer
At first, I had difficulty with how to put the pieces together. Reading the directions a second time, I finally understood. After following the directions once, I printed a page and it seemed like the printer was working wonderfully. However, a few days later, when I printed something, the darkness of the printing was very uneven. Although, it is much better than printing a completely blank page which is what was happening before using the product. I guess I will try using it again. The directions say you may have to use it more than once.
