Haptic feedback is a really nice feature, great for less than $100. Definitely not worth $200+.
2 of 2 found this helpful Headset looked brand new, some specks of dust here and there as it was an open box but came with the most important parts, all the cable wires needed. Build quality is sturdy, so no loose parts.
No audio problems and microphone works good, though it catches a bit loopback sound from it's own speakers. I would've been disappointed if I would've paid $200 for these headsets but for less than $100, it is a fair deal. Sound quality is NOT the best, has a punchy bass, though inconsistent, depending on the source, sound quality can change and may sound a bit muddy, but the haptic feedback is a nice added feature which other headsets lack, makes gaming and watching movies more immersive and that is technically where this headset shines, but it is not for everybody.
As for battery life, I've yet have to see how long it'll last but according to online reviews, should be able to push 6hrs+, which doesn't sound too great, but thankfully you can charge it while being used and using a battery bank is not a bad idea. Razer greatly believes these headsets should go for more than $130, they are kidding themselves...
On PS4, they are Stereo only and that's all you get there, on PC through the Razer Synapse app, you can tweak and adjust many features, including the RGB Chroma effect and haptic feedback intensity and even enable Dolby Atmos Surround Sound, which is nice, yet sound quality left a lot to be desired, not very clear on the mids, but bass as I mentioned was punchy and it be adjusted via Razer App.
