This is a registered nursery, with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture. Not just a home. We are not McDonalds. If you decide to just drive by and If you can't get out of your car and ring a doorbell or knock or come to the gate, we do not know if you are here. Unless our cameras alert us. We are not your servant, this is not a drive thru. We can't always be here, when you want. I do not run on your schedule. We do not cater to you, thinking you are entitled. All packages will be sent by UPS. We do not want our plants sitting around to dry out and perish. We understand the cost is higher, This is to protect your purchase.

    This was a pick up order: I was informed the nursery opened at 11 and I was there around 11:30. I should mention this nursery is actually a home in a neighborhood so initially I entered the driveway as the sidewalk is blocked. I noticed sign that read "p in rear" but I went around the home, one street up and all around and found no parking, just homes or closed lots, no more signs. I then parked on the side of the road and contacted seller. No response. Waited 10min. Requested refund.

    My nursery opens at 8:00 a.m. You were never told it opens at 11:00 a.m. As to you being here, my 3 cameras show you weren't here at all. The sidewalk is not blocked??. I do not have a "p in rear" sign.I have a doorbell and a door to knock on, on that screen door, also has "nursery use side gate". Then you sent a message asking where to park, I was here all day, no one was here, my dogs would have also alerted me you were here. So you give a negative feedback, because you can't ring a doorbell

    Cute little cacao plants, they look great! The seller also was very fast and communicative and took care to not ship the plants over a holiday so they wouldn't be stuck in transit for a longer time. Would absolutely order from them again. Thank you very much for the beautiful plants! :)

The bolts do not hold the aluminum frame, keeps falling apart, the aluminum bends easily. As soon as you have one part put together and start another, the first one you put together, comes apart. Whoever designed this, is an idiot. Not worth it, has a flimsy frame. Very expensive, for what you are getting. I would never recommend this.
