A Book for Every Pregnant Woman
Ina May Gaskin is the BEST. She is the most knowledgeable on natural childbirth helping deliver thousands of babies since the 70's and draws upon her wisdom from those many hours she spent with each woman during their labors. She has VERY important tips and simple suggestions for the woman in labor and how your partner can participate. This book is a must if you are thinking about having your child naturally.
Guys can benefit from reading this too, there are ideas you may get from the birth stories to assist your partner along labor in the most loving way.
I also recommend getting her "Spiritual Midwifery" book. It has lots of pictures and stories as well.

Excellent for preschool age
This is a picture book with no words. The art is beautiful and captures the simplicity and beauty of childhood. When I see my child look at the book he studies each page. When we look at it together I make up a story that goes with the pictures and sometimes he comes up with his own stores for the pictures.
