Great addition to my health library!

The book begins with more of a clinical assessment of diverticulitis. I love the fact that the solutions lie in very common sense lifestyle changes. I feel really empowered and have already made a few tweeks to my diet that have already helped. My goal is to improve my health through common sense practices,. I discovered that I do a lot of things right which makes me feel like I am on the right track. The last part of the book is meal planning and receipes - very helpful for those (like me) who love to cook and even those who do not. Love the book. Very, very happy with my purchase.
