My package was claimed to have been delivered, but FedEx screwed up. These guys got on the issue immediately, were able to circumvent the normal FedEx service Dept, locate my package, which was loaded on the wrong truck, and got it delivered the next morning. This is a top notch outfit and I highly recommend purchasing from them.
